Greenwich awnings for Newport, Norrköping,Sweden

The  Greenwich awning® is a British product manufactured right here by us in our London factory  and it  is one which is steadily increasing its International reputation. With installations already in Paris, Malta and Barcelona we have now completed these works in  Norrköping, Sweden. Eleven units have been installed on this Swedish Flagship Newport Home Interiors  store; these Greenwich awnings have some very special, unique, features including the powder coated exposed brackets and gold branding  to the fabric covers. Of further note is our use of brass finials to the front profiles of these awnings which was at the express wish of the client. The robust Greenwich awning system is equally at home on external substrates or, as in this case, as a design statement within a mall situation to create an outside ambience.

Norrköping is a city in the province of Östergötland in eastern Sweden and the seat of Norrköping Municipality, Östergötland County, about 100 miles southwest of the national capital Stockholm. It has several nicknames such as: "Sweden's Manchester", "Peking" and "Surbullestan" (Surbulle [sour bun] was a local nickname for the textile workers, and stan is short for Staden, which means The City or The Town in Swedish)
