New Greenwich Cantilever awning for Yamabahce

The Greenwich  Cantilever awning is our latest in awning systems and we are delighted with this new installation at the Yamabahce restaurant in Marylebone. The awning has also been fitted with some bespoke modifications  to enhance the already smart awning further. Additionally, the awning fabric cover has  been wrapped around the front profile to provide a seamless frontal appearance  and neat, bespoke, finials which which can be seen at the ends of the front profile.have been manufactured by our in house technicians.

These special finials have then been powder coated in our own plant to match the awning arms and  protective cover. Of especial note are the cut outs which can be seen on the awning frame at the point where the front profile retracts enabling it to fit snugly within this reveal. Operation of the Greenwich Cantilever awning may be manually with a winding handle or, more usually, electrically operated via a remote wireless switch.  

Yamabahce specialise in Pide which is  similar to Pizza, but somehow different. Fresh and raw ingredients sit on the dough and are cooked together, ultimately creating a crispy sensation. Building on years of Turkish recipe traditions, Yamabahce is an authentic fast casual Pide pop-up with a modern touch.

In the 1930's attempts were made to rename James Street Marylebone High street but the proposal was objected to by residents and was defeated.
