Signature Victorian Awning® - The Traditional Shop Awning

Morco have been manufacturing traditional Victorian awnings since 1956 and are now recognised as the leading installer of this type of traditional awning, not only in the London area but across the whole of the UK and now even to other countries.. Our traditional manufacturing methods are complimented by the use of modern tooling and technology to ensure that, not only do these awnings meet the design criteria dictated by the original awning style, but the use of modern components, where appropriate, gives the product an enhanced integrity and greater life.

Other unique features, include our special sloped hard woodtop board which ensures water run off and extends awning life.  The upholstered cover fixing to the front lath give and even tension and neater appearance. The use of bespoke components, manufactured in house, right down to the last arm shoe and connector and period style slotted screws are just as they were in Victorian times.

Our Victorian awnings have four types of operation:

-A Duo-Lux sprung operating system. It enables a comfortable operation of the awning just using a pull pole.

-Soft-wear winding control. Really easy to operate by using a winding handle located on either side of the roller.

-Electro-Smart automated remote control. Motor controlled with a hand-held or wall-mounted remote. Also hard wired option.

-Non-retractable option. Extremely strong as the cover is replaced by a long lasting panel wrapped with fabric on both sides.
